Weren't the plate twirlers at the circus fun to watch? The entertainer would put a plate on a stick and spin it - then proceed to put up two, three . . 7 or 8 others! As he added the plates - he would run back and spin the first ones . . to keep them all going. . and not allow any to crash to the floor.
In the old days, before technology, mobile phones, and when tax information was in large black books - one could only 'juggle' so many leads/customers with our 3 x 5 cards.

Are you capturing ALL of your leads and managing them systematically? Do all of your signs have the hotline number prominently displayed?
